The Business
Redband Fabrication is an industrial welding and metal fabrication shop in Caldwell, Idaho. They handle heavy plate piercing, CNC forming (150-ton capacity), structural steel, architectural elements, and AWS-certified welding for the Treasure Valley's most demanding builds.
Their work is precision-level — the kind of fabrication where a millimeter off means a part doesn't fit. They work with contractors, agricultural operations, and industrial clients who need things built to spec, on time, and done right.
The problem? Their online presence was a basic Wix template that said "welding & fabrication" on repeat. Nothing about their capabilities, nothing about their precision, nothing that separated them from every other shop with a truck and a welder. For a company doing 150-ton CNC work, that was costing them contracts.
Brand Package
Redband needed to look like what they are: a serious industrial operation. Not a hobby shop. Not a side hustle. A full-capability fabrication facility.
Logo & Identity
Redesigned the Redband logo and visual identity. Industrial, bold, clean — the kind of mark that looks just as good on a business card as it does on a CNC machine or a job site sign. Built to communicate precision and capability at a glance.
Color Palette & Visual System
Developed a dark, industrial palette — deep blacks, steel grays, with redband red as the accent. This isn't a soft, friendly brand. It's heavy steel, fire, and precision. The visual system carries across every asset: website, social, documentation.
Positioning & Messaging
Shifted the positioning from generic "welding & fabrication" to "Heavy Metal Precision." Specific. Technical. Authoritative. Highlighted their actual differentiators: 150-ton CNC, heavy plate piercing, AWS-certified, mechanical engineering team with 3D CAD capability.
